These are the terms on which Epic Paradise Tours (Pty) Ltd takes bookings. Hunting safaris and Nosy Be holidays each have their own terms, so please read the set that applies to your trip.

A deposit of 50% of the total package secures your date, for hunting safaris and Nosy Be holidays alike. Dangerous game and selected species also carry a 50% deposit.
Final payment is due 60 days before your safari or holiday starts, in the currency you were quoted. Any outstanding account must be settled before you leave.
If you book within the final payment period, the full cost of the hunt is due and payable when you book.
If you cancel within 60 days of the start date, the deposit is not refunded. Your full deposit can be used to re-schedule in another year, at that year’s prices, and a 10% cancellation fee is charged.
Yes. Every client signs a contract and an indemnity form before the hunt or trip begins.
There is no refund on a wounded animal. It is charged in full, the same as a trophy taken.
Package trophies cannot be substituted, but you can add extra trophies to the package. All carcasses remain the property of the landowner.
Excursions booked on Nosy Be are paid in cash, in the relevant currency, so bring cash with you.
